Membership is free. You must be at least 21 years of age to join the Triple Play Club.
Valid photo ID is required (i.e., driver’s license). If a guest is not a U.S. Citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required to join the club and receive any Club benefits.
The benefits of the program are solely intended for the use of the person listed on the account.
Players Club cards may be used to track play and accumulate Points by the account member only.
Triple Crown Casinos is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse.
Points are earned and can be redeemed at Triple Crown Casinos. After 365 days of non-rated play, points will expire.
Tier levels are determined based on play during a six month period: from January 1 – June 30 and July 1 to December 31.
Points are earned as follows:
- 1 point for every $2 wagered in a slot or video machine
- 1 point for every $2.50 wagered in video poker
- 500 points = $5 cash back
- For table play, players earn tier credits based on wagers and length of play.
- All Points earnings are subject to review and verification. All redemptions are final unless otherwise 1 point for every $2 wagered in a slot or video machine
It is the responsibility of the player to ensure their Players Club card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots, and to ensure that a supervisor is aware of play when playing table games.
Triple Crown Casinos is not responsible for slot system malfunctions that can result in lost ratings and points. Triple Crown Casinos reserves the right to adjust account points due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse of the Players Club card.
Triple Crown Casinos uses reasonable efforts to track a player’s average bet, length of play, game type; however, as a condition of receiving rating for table games play, or other, participants agree that such ratings are granted based on the personal observation of Triple Crown Casinos’ team members, which are subject to error.
Void where prohibited or restricted by Colorado Division of Gaming.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this program lie solely with Triple Crown Casinos whose decisions are final.
Triple Crown Casinos reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, for any reason subject to any applicable regulatory and gaming approval, provided that the modification does not alter or change any participants point(s) already earned or redeemed.
Players Club cards are non-transferable, the property of Triple Crown Casinos and must be returned upon request.
Triple Crown Casinos reserves the right to revoke or deny membership if the individual has not complied with the program in any manner inclusive of the Rules and misuse of the Players Club card. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, by their own request or those excluded at the sole discretion of Triple Crown Casinos are not eligible.
By participating in this program participants agree to these rules and regulations. Management reserves all rights.
